Carrots Sauteed in Butter

This is one of the easiest side dishes I can think of. You can either use those cute baby carrots which they sell in the grocery store - the easier option, or you can just cut the carrots into bitesize pieces in whatever size catches your fancy. Just add a knob of butter to a pan and once it starts sizzling add the carrots. Cooks till these caramelize slightly and turn a little tender. Sprinkle some salt, crack some black pepper and you are done!
